Position Overview:
The Human Resource Executive plays a critical role in managing all aspects of an organization's human resources functions. They are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, develop, motivate, and retain a high-performing workforce. The HR Manager ensures compliance with labor laws, promotes a positive work culture, and fosters employee engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast HR needs, anticipate future workforce requirements, and develop talent acquisition and retention strategies.
2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and maintain effective sourcing channels and partnerships to attract top talent.
- Ensure fair and unbiased recruitment practices, complying with equal employment opportunity regulations.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Promote a positive work environment by fostering employee engagement, open communication, and team-building initiatives.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Develop and implement employee recognition programs to motivate and retain talent.
4. Performance Management and Training:
- Develop and administer performance management systems to drive employee development and improve organizational performance.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation, goal setting, and career development.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations regarding wages, hours, and benefits.
- Analyze market trends and conduct salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
6. HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Stay updated on relevant HR laws and regulations and advise management on required actions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
7. Employee Development and Succession Planning:
- Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to fill key positions.
- Support career development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and coaching programs.
- Implement performance improvement plans and provide guidance on professional growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-6 Years as a HR r or in a similar HR leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
