As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and information effectively
- Experience in field sales and educational sales will be highly advantageous
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on targets achieving
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance company growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities and performance
