ROLE: SR. EXECUTIVE-TICKETING & RESERVATION

Salary: 3,50,000 4,50,000 PA

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Good knowledge of GDS (Amadeus & Galileo)
• To Issue, Reissue, Cancel & claim Refund of Airline Tickets on GDS & LCC
• Will be coordinating with Airline and customers over the phone and emails.
• Must have ability to handle all International and Domestic Ticketing.
• Responsible for FIT & Groups Ticketing.
• Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings wherever required.
• To liaise with the Airline on any special request like extra seats & other requirements.
• Knowledge of Tour Packages would be an add-on advantage.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Must have good knowledge of Amadeus.
• Good Geographical Knowledge i.e., City codes, Airport codes, Airline hub etc.
• Minimum 4 Years of Hands-on experience in Domestic & International Ticketing
• Know to find the best available airfare requested by the client Good stability background.
• Good in Written and verbal English skills.
• Willing to work 24x7,
• Ability to perform under Pressure.
