• Generating and closing Business in the field of Events & Weddings.

• Should be familiar in Weddings, specially focused on Destination weddings, weddings management, wedding decor.

• Have excellent time management and organizational skills - basically a disciplined person

• Be enthusiastic & self-motivated, which means doesn’t need a push all the time

• Be able to maintain good working relationships with people at all levels, from clients to vendors to team member’s communication and presentation skills are a necessary trait

• Have a positive and adaptable attitude

• Be innovative and creative to distinguish your event from the competition

• Have knowledge of sales, BD, marketing & operations should be someone with excellent administrative skills

• Be able to work as part of a team , Possess an eye for detail
