Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully filling various positions in a timely manner
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
• Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications
• Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions, job specifications, and interview assessments
• Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to attract top talent
• Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
