Job Overview


We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Restaurant in Thane, Maharashtra, India. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient store operations. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in store management in hospitality Industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in store management
  • Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and purchase management
  • Experience in implementing and monitoring FIFO method for stock rotation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and motivate a team
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of materials management principles
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method
  • Oversee the purchasing process, including order placement and vendor management
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control.
  • Monitor PAR (Periodic Automatic Replenishment) levels and order necessary supplies in a timely manner
  • Implement effective materials management practices to optimize efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular store inspections to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports for management
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and account, to ensure smooth store operations
