Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer complaints or concerns
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant
• Manage and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service
• Monitor and control the inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales
• Train and mentor new employees
• Prepare reports on sales, budget, and employee performance
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve financial targets and operational goals
