Job Title: UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, experience with modern design tools, and a passion for blockchain technology. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand presence in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually engaging graphics for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
• Create and iterate website mockup designs and user interfaces for Web3 applications. Experience with Branding document creation.
• Design mobile app screens that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure cohesive and user-friendly designs.
• Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create high-quality graphics and visual content.
• Use Figma for collaborative design projects, enabling seamless teamwork and efficient workflows.
• Produce 2D animations that enhance user experience and convey complex concepts effectively (optional, but highly valued).
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly within the Web3 and blockchain space.
• Maintain a strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Hands-on experience with Figma for collaborative design work.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating website mockup designs.
• Skilled in designing mobile app screens.
• Knowledge of Web3 technology and its applications.
• Proficiency in 2D animation is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
