Job Description:

Ment Tech Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web3 & Blockchain Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Indore, India. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering blockchain and Web3 projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints. This position requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

   - Plan, execute, and oversee Web3 and blockchain projects from initiation to completion.

   - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

   - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

   - Allocate internal and external resources effectively to ensure project success.

   - Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and report on project status to stakeholders.2. Technical Expertise:

   - Possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.

   - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of blockchain solutions.

   - Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms, tools, and technologies for specific projects.

   - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.3. Stakeholder

Communication:

   - Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

   - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams.

   - Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant parties.

   - Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Quality Assurance:

   - Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

   - Perform regular testing and quality checks to identify and address any technical issues.

   - Implement best practices for secure and efficient blockchain development.5. Risk Management:

   - Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

   - Proactively manage and resolve issues to minimize project disruptions.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on blockchain and Web3 technologies.

- Strong knowledge of blockchain concepts, such as smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and decentralized applications (dApps).

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

- Familiarity with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polkadot is highly desirable.
