Job Description:-

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Business Development Manager to join our team.

As an IT Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our IT services and solutions.


Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying and prospecting potential clients in the IT industry to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Understanding clients' specific IT needs and requirements and presenting appropriate solutions to meet their objectives.
  4. Collaborating with the technical team to design and propose customized IT solutions for clients.
  5. Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  6. Negotiating and closing deals, while ensuring that the terms and conditions align with company policies and profitability.
  7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  8. Conduct market research to identify potential areas of growth and expansion.
  9. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals.
  10. Participating in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's services.


Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of 3-5 years in IT business development or related sales roles.
  2. Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to comprehend technical concepts and effectively communicate them to clients.
  3. Demonstrated success in generating new business and expanding customer base.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a result-oriented mindset.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. An MBA would be an advantage.
  8. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
