**Position Overview :**We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Blockchain Tech Lead Developer to join our growing team. As a Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing blockchain solutions that meet the needs of our clients and push the boundaries of what is possible in the blockchain space. You will lead a team of talented developers and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative blockchain projects

**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead a team of blockchain developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.

- Architect, design, and implement blockchain solutions using various blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or others.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.

- Develop and maintain smart contracts, decentralised applications (DApps), and blockchain protocols.

- Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices.

- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies, trends, and industry developments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain development.

- Drive innovation and contribute to the company's blockchain strategy.

- Participate in developing documentation, tutorials, and knowledge sharing within the team.

**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in blockchain development.

- Strong proficiency in blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Solidity, smart contract development, and DApp development.

- Experience with other blockchain platforms and languages (e.g., Hyperledger, Rust, Go) is a plus.

- Leadership experience, including team management and mentorship.

- In-depth knowledge of blockchain security, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
