Job Overview

We are seeking a Trader and Financial Advisor to join our team at Menschen Consulting Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. As a Trader, you will be responsible for executing trades, managing portfolios, and monitoring market trends. As a Financial Advisor, you will provide expert financial advice to clients, develop financial plans, and help them achieve their investment goals. This role requires a junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in trading and financial advisory.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in trading and financial advisory
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and trading platforms
• Certifications such as Series 7 ,NISM ,are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute trades in accordance with established strategies and risk management guidelines
• Monitor market trends, news, and events to identify investment opportunities
• Manage and monitor client portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and risk management
• Provide expert financial advice to clients, understanding their investment goals and risk tolerance
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans customized to client needs
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment products
• Stay updated with the latest financial and investment trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading strategies and improve overall performance
