As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting talented candidates for various job positions. This is a full-time position based in Mira road Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recommendations
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and finalizing job offers
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline by developing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment
• Collaborate with the HR team on various initiatives and projects
