Individually manage moderate to large sized supply chain related work streams during the delivery of consulting or outsourcing client engagementsProvide limited oversight, guidance, knowledge transfer and mentorship of project related resources including other Spinnaker SCA consultants, client resources, and approved third-party personnel during engagements as appropriate and as defined within the governing statement of workSupport the development of client proposals where applicable, inclusive of development of statements of work associated with a proposalManage the delivery of work products associated with specific project work streams including project plans, design documents, solution specifications, testing scenarios, and deployment approachesDeliver consulting and outsourcing services for client engagements by providing business analysis, creating detailed solution documentation, and doing research to support the creation of high-quality business solutions on behalf high profile commercial companies.Lead the creation of functional and technical design documents, detailed interfacing and data mapping specifications, design test cases that validate the proper execution against business requirements, and execute test scripts for systems implementation engagementsLead the development and dissemination of high-quality project deliverables in a manner that encourages client participation and ensures timely delivery against the defined project timelineSupport knowledge share amongst the Spinnaker SCA consulting community by providing direct support to internal colleagues with pertinent questions, and through the development of collateral that can be shared within the groupUtilize personal know-how and critical experience to help clients to determine the optimal path for key supply chain process related decisionsServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of business processes (demand planning, forecasting), planning technology solutions (Blue Yonder) and industries and support client service delivery in these areas across the firmGuide clients in leading practices and be knowledgeable and self-directed in educating themselves on leading practicesOther duties, as assignedResponsibilities:Performing current state assessment of existing supply chain planning system and business processesPerforming fit/gap analysis to determine opportunities for business improvementDeveloping a blueprint and roadmap for the future state supply chain design(s)Defining scope of responsibility using RACIs and organizational design toolsSupporting the facilitation of organizational change management programs and processesLeveraging technology approaches such as WATERFALL (system development life cycle / SDLC) and AGILE / SCRUM to deploy robust multi-faceted planning solutionsTranslating functional and technical business requirements into comprehensive business designs and documenting the output in well-developed business specificationsTesting related activities including test planning, test case and scenario definition, and execution for test phases that include unit, system, integrated systems, user acceptance, performance, and regressionSupporting end user training development and deliverySupporting system production deployment and production support activitiesTesting related activities including test planning, test case and scenario definition, and execution for test phases that include unit, system, integrated systems, user acceptance, performance, and regressionRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, Engineering, Logistics, or similar field7+ (10+ for senior principal consultant) years of business process development and / or APS application support that include but not limited to manufacturing, supply planning, replenishment, finite scheduling, and S&OP / SO&E7+ (10+ for senior principal consultant) years of specific knowledge related to the user configuration of Blue YonderLed and managed minimum 2-3 full lifecycle JDA Supply Chain Planning implementations in large and complex environmentA detailed knowledge of Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) is required. Within ESP, knowledge of Deep Tree (Master Planning) is expected with experience using MAP and LPOpt solver engines beneficialExperience with Sequencing (SEQ) is a plusPMP, APICS, Six Sigma, ACPF or similar industry Certifications are a plusStrong written and oral presentation skillsOutstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, knowledge of data analytics toolkits such as Alteryx a plusWillingness to manage extensive travel as dictated by individual engagement requirements
