Job Responsibilities:  

  • Internal & external communication with vendors/Company employees.

  • Vendor Management

  • Ensure quality of fabric as per company parameters

  • Preparing purchase orders

  • Coordinate with quality department

  • Sending all Fabric samples/reports to quality department

  • Giving shipping instructions and responsible for timely dispatch of fabric

  • Documentation department handling

  • Responsible to handle mini store of Fabric independently

  • Responsible for handling manpower in mini store

  • Timely visit to vendors

  • Maintain all kind of reports/MIS reports related to Fabric

  • Taking responsibility for inspections
