Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in solar sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Confidence and ability to make persuasive sales presentations.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an early morning shift (4:00 am to 1:00 pm).
  • Valid driving license.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our solar products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
