Role and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Australian customers to explain the benefits of solar energy and convert them into satisfied customers
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent telephone etiquette
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Previous experience in sales (2-5 years) in an international voice process environment is highly desirable
