Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications while ensuring best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth application performance.
• Work with version control systems like Git to manage code repositories.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or relevant experience).
• 6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.
• Proficiency in React.js for front-end development, including React Hooks and Redux.
• Experience in Node.js and Express.js for back-end development.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and database design principles.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Ability to write efficient and optimized queries for MongoDB.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Firebase, or Heroku.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with WebSockets for real-time applications.
• Experience in testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
