About the Job
Skills
Some high level things you would own but not limited to:
● Calling & Collecting payments from delinquent customers.
● Updating & maintaining customer feedback files.
● Reminding Customers about their Loan due date & ensuring timely payments are done.
● Meeting the Team & Individual targets on a daily/weekly & monthly basis
● Responsible for following the collection code of conducts.
What you would possess already:
● Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Personal Loan/Credit Card/
Mortgage/HomeLoans in Banking & NBFC’s.
● Any Graduation Mandatory
● Added advantage if the candidate is DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified.
● Team players should be able to work under pressure.
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word is compulsory.
● Good communication & networking skills.
● Additional languages like Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu, will be an advantage.
