Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for in process quality control (IPQC) / Raw material receiving as per SOP and specification

Reduction of customer complaints and product quality improvement

Need to ensure all the Programs, GMPs, SOPs, PRPs related to Quality and production are followed as per the procedure

Training wrt. Food safety, quality, Spec, SOPs and overall FSMS - To drive the - Quality Awareness culture & systems across the operations team.

Supervise personal hygiene pre operation start up audit & inspection as per standard.

Ensure all Documentation and record keeping as per the requirement.

Verification and validation of new products/ Equipment / New process & techniques
