1. Candidate has to supervise the process of live bird to RM production (From Live birds arrival to RM dispatch)
2. Candidate has to track yield metrics for the production (Basic Excel for data entry is required)
3. Candidate has to audit the weights and yields generated by the slaughterhouses from our own farm
