Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Clinical Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. You will play a vital role in increasing brand awareness and driving sales within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

· Territory Management: Manage and develop relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, hospitals, and pharmacies within the assigned geographic area.

· Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring excellent service and support.

· Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and trends to provide valuable insights to the team.

· Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Requirements:

· Education: Bachelors degree in science, Pharmacy, or related field. (Pharmacy degree preferred)

· Experience: Proven experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

· Skills:

o Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment is a plus.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
