Responsibilities
· Have to manage the entire inventory of Products, Non-RM (Packing material, cleaning equipment, etc).
· Ensure that the right number of products have been delivered by PC. There is the documentation for all the products coming and going out.
· Able to analyze the data of the product flow (FEFO).
· Keep a record of all the inventory (FG, NON-RM)
· Manages all the Delivery Executives and Packing Associates in the hub.
· Ensure that his team is well-groomed and always punctual to work.
· Schedules the roster for the week and updates it on the system. The Team Member is to be always well-groomed.
· Have to know how to operate and manage all the various software's and software applications that are required for the job like OMS, POS, Locus, Alexia, Microsoft office, Emails, etc
· Accountable for the sales cash management. The Team Member is to collect the Sales cash from the Delivery Executive and be accountable for the UPI/Online transactions and hand over all the Sales Cash to the Finance team periodically.
· Responsible for the Petty cash management for the Hub.
· Look after all the assets in the hubs like the Delivery Bags etc. The Team member is to ensure that all the assets are in good condition.
· The Hub Manager ensures that all his team members are being utilized to the optimum capacity.
· Has to ensure that there is no SLA Breach (other than bad weather/unforeseen circumstances).
· Has to be responsible for the FEFO gap.

· Communication Skills- Should be able to communicate in a polite and respectful manner to his team, supervisors, and customers.
· Planning- Able to organize and manage complex nature or involving competing priorities, to produce work products and results that are accurate, thorough, and on time. The Team member is able to effectively coordinate activities, services, and schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operation of work in a proactive manner.
- Stakeholder Management- To be able to work and co-ordinate the expectations and the work between the business and stakeholders
· Computer Skills- To update and maintain various trackers and has basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· Inventory Management- Sets basic stock levels. Understands and applies re-order system, fixed re-order point, and fixed re-order level.
· Team Management Skills- To be able to lead his team in achieving the business goals. Able to monitor his team’s performance and reward and encourage accordingly.
