Manage & optimize the CRM tool & dialer tool to ensure smooth operation and maximum efficiency.

Develop and implement calling strategies in coordination with business stakeholders, aligning with overall business objectives.

Create and set up campaigns on CRM and dialers ensuring proper segmentation and targeting.

Prepare & Ensure smooth running of SMS campaigns, email, IVR through execution.

Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement and manage work flow.

Proficiency in CRM and dialer tool with SQL database/tool.

Strong analytical skills and ability to drive results through effective campaign.

Evaluate by identifying right path for releasing different campaigns via database/tool.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Graduates from any Stream.

Dialer application knowledge & prior experience in Collections.

NBFC/ BFSI experience of 3 to 5 years.

Proficient in SQL database/tool, Power BI, Tableau
