Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads for prominent banking institutions such as ICICI Bank.

Communicate effectively in English and other languages to establish rapport with potential customers.

Showcase excellent communication skills, ranging from good to excellent.

Work towards achieving individual and team targets to earn fixed salaries and lucrative incentives based on performance.

Participate in a 7-day training program to enhance product knowledge and sharpen communication skills.

Adhere to the shift timings from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, with a fixed week off on Sundays.

Ensure compliance with the lead generation process and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Education: HSC passed or above

Age: 18 to 36 years

Salary and Benefits:

Gross Salary: ₹15,339 to ₹23,139 (Depending on candidate's caliber)

Net Salary: ₹13,408 to ₹21,004 (Depending on candidate's caliber)
