The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. 

Responsibilities

Must have experience in: -

 Heading Finance and Accounts of retail sales/service chain of business multi-city based

 Handling atleast 50 Cr Business turnover

 Working capital and cash flow management, auditing and taxation. 

 POS, Financial Processes and softwares 

 Handling top 5 auditing firms of Investors

 Fulfilling funding requirements (Equity/debt capital/ Venture Capital)

Responsible for :-

 Aligning Sales, Operations, & Finance through daily revenue reporting 

 Monthly P&L reporting, Receivables, Payables, credit risks, & end-to-end statutory Compliance.

 Liaising with Banks, investors and VCs. 

 Working relationship with business partners and vendors.

 Handling investor relationships. 

 Instituting measures to reduce working capital blockage 

 Due diligence in Business/commercial contracts and negotiations 

 Internal financial control

CFOs with experience of innovative revenue generation methods, facilitating investments, cost optimization and dealt with Venture Capitalists.

Qualifications

• Certified CA Having Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 10 years of finance experience
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
