Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Admission Counselor to join our dynamic team at Medvarsity Online Limited. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire, contract, fixed-term employment, or freelance position located in Hyderabad. The Admission Counselor will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the team.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales Strategy (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with potential students
  • Lead Generation: Ability to identify and generate high-potential leads to drive enrollment volumes
  • Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Medvarsity's courses and programs to provide accurate information and advice to prospective students - we will provide
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation to effectively overcome objections and close deals
  • Sales Presentations: Experience in delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective students and stakeholders
  • Closing Deals: Proven track record of successfully closing sales and meeting or exceeding targets


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach efforts to prospective students via calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Provide detailed information about Medvarsity’s programs and courses to potential students
  • Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system
  • Participate in events, webinars, and other promotional activities to generate leads and boost enrollments
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for student acquisition
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets as set by the management
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to the Admissions Manager on lead quality and conversion rates
