Qualification: Any Graduate or equivalent Experience in international Business

International Business Executive

Position: 2

Reports to: Managing Director

Experience: 2-4 year

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Pre shipment & Post Shipment documents and Process.
  • Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities.
  • Develop individual business plans for each country.
  • Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.
  • Analyse business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to business.
  • Manage all development process and ensure compliance to government policies and regulations.
  • Assist businesses to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to enhance same.
  • Design plans to achieve all objectives and develop plans for new business.
  • Train and provide guidance to staff members and business development issues.
  • Coordinate with management team and maintain budgets and participate in every fortnightly conference.
  • Analyse business and review future prospective for same.
  • Must Be ready for Travelling and Commuting for business purpose
  • Manage all customer communication and maintain effective relationship with all.
  • Prepare and implement various capture methods for business development.
  • Review competitor plans and effect of products and services in management.
  • Prepare pricing strategies according to customer budgets and procurement methods.
  • Maintain all communication with Director.
  • Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.
  • Study CRM Tracking Sheet for all leads based on lead Stage Open, Won & Lost.
  • Identify reasons for Lost leads and implement system accordingly.
  • Maintain Very good relation with Buyers and leads
  • Arrange zoom calls with buyers and push them to buyer new products available.
  • Manage existing buyers closely in terms of service and product they needs.
  • Make Purchase experience smooth for buyers.
  • Must have prepared data as per ISO 13485 guidelines standards.
  • This Profession includes International Business Trip also.
  • Make a survey of Export data and identify price fit for each product. Accordingly quotations to be sent to buyers.
