Job Overview

MEDHA Servo Drives Pvt Ltd (MSDPL) is looking for a Technical Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and assistance to our engineers and technicians in the development and manufacturing of high-tech electronics products for the railway industry. As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to product testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Good understanding of basic electronics and electrical principles
• Knowledge of railway products and systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to engineers and technicians in product development and manufacturing processes
• Assist in product testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Maintain and update technical documentation and records
• Adhere to quality standards and follow standard operating procedures
• Participate in meetings and provide inputs on technical aspects
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers for required components and materials
