Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at MEDHA Servo Drives Pvt Ltd (MSDPL). As a Software QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.


Job Description:

Title: Asst manager & Quality Manager/Coordinator

Qualification: BTech with ECE/EEE/CSE/MECHANICAL

Experience: Candidate shall have atleast 3 years in the relevant field.

Skills Required: Certified Internal Auditor for ISO, CMMI 2.0


Responsibilities:


  • To establish and continually improve organisational wide Quality Management System that complies with the CMMI 2.0, ISO TS 22163(IRIS), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001(OHS) and other industry standards and practices, investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.


  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications


  • Whenever required, conduct Gap Analysis, define, establish, implement and close process gaps so as to comply with CMMI, ISO AND IRIS requirements


  • To work Closely with Departmental Heads, Project Managers, Teams and Senior Management to help them understand processes and where process improvements could be made, and propose scenarios and solutions to address these areas of improvement.


  • Facilitation of project and Cross Functional teams in Project Management and Quantitative Project Management Process improvements by defining and monitoring the Process Performance Objectives and appropriate sub process metrics like Size estimation, Effort estimation, Defect Prediction, casual analysis etc across the departments. Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information


  • To facilitate and manage the projects following ensure acceptance from project teas. Ensure the project follows the /agile methodology and its practices by measuring the Agile specific metrics and report to management on risks and issues.


  • Establish Dashboards and reports at organisation level using Project Management Tool (Digite). Prepare and publish the metrics dashboard and review with the Project Managers/Project Leads and stake holders and help in taking derisions for Project/Programme Level goal setting. Present it to Senior Management during the review of project progress.


  • To publish various Project Quality Status Reporting to the appropriate stake holders and management in terms of Quality, Cost and over run parameters that is agreed and established earlier.


  • Plan and conduct various audits like internal Audit, Work Product Audit, Configuration Audit and Review of Project specific artefacts on a periodic basis and also plan and manage necessary actions as a follow up to audits to ensure the identified non-conformities are closed to the satisfaction.


  • Identify process and project risks and proposing the solution to mitigate them along with the project stakeholders.


  • Write, Control and Manage Process documentation related to various Quality & Process standards where ever necessary
