Requirements :

1) Qualification: B.Tech (Mech)

2) min 3 to 4 years experience in mechanical(Solid Edge or any 3D cad) design and development of medical projects

3) Working experience on dialysis machine otherwise hydraulics

4) awareness on medical standards and regulatory requirements

5) Documentation

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

hydraulic circuit:

• Understanding of hydraulic requirements
• Identification of hydraulic components(gear pumps, piston pumps, valves, regulators, chambers, reservoirs, etc.)
• Components supplier, specification and cost identification
• Hydraulic flow/pressure/safety analysis and calculations
• Preparation of Hydraulic schematic
• Enclosures design of different blocks(heating, degassing, water tank with level, mixing chamber, sensors mounting, balancing chamber, electronics, etc..)
• Hydraulic piping design

Extracorporeal circuit:

• Understanding of Extracorporeal circuit requirements
• Identification of Extracorporeal components(pumps, safety protections, fixing of tubing, dialyzer, pipes, etc..)
• Components supplier, specifications\ and cost identification
• Blood flow calculations(for pump control)
• Blood pump mounting design
• Preparation of Extracorporeal schematic
• Enclosures design of dialysis machine

Other activities :

• Documentation of mechanical requirements
• Mechanical design, development and testing activities
