- Design and development of industrial gear boxes and pinion stands(2hi, 3hi), Agitator Gearbox.
- Detail Engineering work for executing gearboxes and calculation of gear tooth parameters, shaft strength calculation, selection of bearings and material selections.
- Enquiry management work for checking design feasibility of gearboxes and pinion stands.
- Development and execution of industrial gearboxes for heavy duty machinery applications like roughing mill, conveyor drive, klin drive application, Screening application etc.
- Reverse engineering for producing any existing gearbox model and replacement.
- Engage with production team for checking manufacturing feasibility for development new equipments based on application.
- Engage with Costing team for optimising the material cos
