1 Thorough knowledge of IATF-16949 and ISO 9000

2 Capability to establish Quality procedures and production procedures

3 complete knowledge of Customer Quality/ Supplier Quality and inprocess Quality

4 Able to conversate with customers in terms of quality

5 Having adequate knowledge of Warranty and Guarantee

6 Complete knowledge of Statistical process control

7 Lean management

8 Six Sigma Black Belt holder

9 Adequate knowledge of automation, Testing, Validation

10 Ability to maintain and establish Supplier audits and approvals

11 Knowledge of CAPA, 8D, PSP

12 Experienced handling OEM customers

13 Handle Quality Team and Train tem

14 Knowledge of SAP

15 Complete knowledge of Calibration of equipment's and instruments

16 A Very good Team player
