Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at MCV MotoCorp Pvt Ltd Bajaj Motor Cycles. As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, India.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a sales team lead or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Thorough understanding of the automotive industry and market trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing direction, support, and guidance to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor sales team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and offering suitable product solutions
  • Coordinate sales activities, including setting sales targets, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
