ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·     Ensure inspection and testing as per the sampling plan.

·     Ensure Fg Should be packed as the standard specification (Domestic and Exports).

·     Ensure proper functioning and monitoring of CCPs (Metal Detector and Dryers) and OPRPs (Precleaner, Magnet and Sortex).

·     Ensure proper packing of Fg. i.e. check for weighing, sealing, stitching and printing matter (Batch No., Packing date and Expiry date).

·     Ensure updating of entire functional documents on regular basis (CCP 1 record, CCP 2 record, Fg checklist, product release etc).

·     Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of the entire demanded sample as per the sample Courier module sheet.

·     Proper sampling of lots as per the EIA sampling plan, ensure proper blending in the proper ratio.

·     Timely testing of EUC processed lots as per the instructions by QA head.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

     Graduate B.SC Biology/B.SC Agriculture/ food technology

Preferred Skills

·     Varietal knowledge of paddy and Rice.

·     Sampling and testing plan.

·     Good Analytical Knowledge.

·     Able to fulfill documentation requirements.

·
