Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Documentation Specialist to join our
team in the rice industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and
managing all quality-related documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and
regulations, and supporting continuous improvement in quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Management:
o Create, update, and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating
procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, inspection records, and audit reports.
o Ensure all documents are accurately formatted, version-controlled, and accessible
to relevant personnel.
2. Compliance and Standards:
o Ensure documentation complies with industry standards (e.g., ISO 22000,
HACCP) and regulatory requirements.
o Stay updated on changes in industry regulations and incorporate them into quality
documentation.
3. Quality Audits:
o Assist in internal and external quality audits by preparing necessary
documentation and records.
o Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are documented and
implemented.
4. Training and Support:
o Conduct training sessions for staff on quality procedures and documentation
practices.
o Provide support to team members in understanding and implementing quality
documentation requirements.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development
of more efficient documentation practices.
o Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to enhance overall quality
management systems.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Collect and analyze data related to quality performance and report findings to
management.
o Prepare regular reports on quality metrics and documentation status.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Agriculture, or a
related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance/documentation
within the food industry, preferably in rice production or processing.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP,BRC)
and regulatory requirements in the rice industry.
Skills:
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using document management software and MS
Office Suite.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing
