Job Overview

Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior International Sales Marketing Manager for a full-time position based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international sales and marketing, with a maximum of 10 years in the field. The position demands a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills to manage buyer relations and drive the company's growth globally.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience in international sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage sector.
  • Proven track record of successful buyer negotiations and closing deals in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of international market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with international buyers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and challenges.
  • Proficiency in managing cross-cultural teams and working within a diverse international environment.
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for international sales and marketing to explore new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead negotiations with international buyers to secure and finalize contracts and agreements.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business development.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies that enhance brand presence and market share.
  • Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfilment of international orders.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to track progress and achieve defined targets.
  • Represent the company in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums to promote brand visibility.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
