Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Quality Assurance professional to join our team. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Bhopal and requires a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our rice products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with ISO Standards (Mandatory skill) and understanding their application in food manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining documentaries (Mandatory skill) related to quality assurance and control processes.
• Conducting comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Ensuring food safety by implementing and monitoring effective safety protocols and guidelines.
• Knowledge and experience in the food industry, specifically related to rice manufacturing and processing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between different departments and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of production.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor compliance with ISO Standards and other relevant regulations in the food industry.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities and findings.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure consistent implementation of quality standards.
• Train staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
• Compile and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints and quality issues.
