We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our team at MBPS Constructions. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. The position is based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction site inspections and site planning
• Familiarity with construction codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects
• Conduct construction site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
• Assist in site planning and prepare layout drawings
• Provide support in site supervision and monitor construction progress
• Prepare labor reports and assist in labor management
• Ensure adherence to construction codes and regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve construction-related issues
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and technical specifications
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures
• Participate in site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the project team
