Job Overview

We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at MBPS Constructions, a leading construction company based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in daily operations, managing stock, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient inventory control. This is a full-time position with a junior level, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in store management.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in store management
• Knowledge of stock management and inventory control
• Strong record keeping and organizational skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the construction or related industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and ensure availability of products
• Receive and inspect incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Maintain accurate records of stock transactions and inventory
• Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies
•  Review shortages of materials and ensure action steps for fulfilment of shortages.
