Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to join our team at MAZIK TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to clients in the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, dynamics 365, and Technical Consulting. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Technical Consultant or in a similar role
• Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and dynamics 365
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies.
• Analyse customer business requirements and design custom solutions to meet their needs.
• Manage and lead technical workshops, demonstrations, and presentations to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and certifications
• Mentor and train junior consultants
