💼 Position: Customer support ||Fresher||

📍 Location: Hyderabad

💰 CTC: INR 3.5 LPA


Roles and Responsibilities:

Response, diagnosis, resolution and tracking by phone, email, Chat (Highest %) and social media of customer support queries.

Knowledge of Workspace/cloud product.

Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by SLOs.

Keep high customer satisfaction scores and follow quality standards in 90% of cases.

Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment.

Provide customer facing bug progress summary using available tools and platforms.

Handle escalations raised by customers and partners.

Handle consults from the lower tier to assist in case resolution.

Ability to work in a rich diverse environment, handle cultural and language differences and an

  • Level 2: Versant Score ( 57)
  • Level 3: HR Discussion

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduates from the 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 batches are welcome.
  • Consistent academic record of 50% in 10th, 12th, and UG.
  • Maximum of 2 years gap in education; no candidates beyond 1 year of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of ad products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Impeccable business judgement and industry knowledge.
