Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Associate at our Coimbatore location. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our team, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates’ capabilities
  • Proficiency in talent pipelining to identify and nurture potential candidates
  • Ability to develop and promote employer branding initiatives
  • Experience in onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective candidate and stakeholder interaction
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet recruitment objectives


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create suitable job descriptions
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
  • Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in negotiating offers and closing positions in a timely manner
  • Contribute to employer branding activities to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a positive experience and a smooth transition into their roles
