Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team on a Contract-To-Hire basis. This executive-level position will be located in Gurgaon or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D 365, Microsoft Power Automate, with a strong background in sales, services, and microservices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and architect high-quality IT solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D 365, and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into innovative technical solutions.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of complex IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and incorporate them into solution designs as appropriate.
• Engage in ongoing client support and debugging to address any issues that arise post-implementation, ensuring optimal operation of deployed solutions.
