Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate specializing in Java Microservices and Spring Boot. The position is full-time and operates on a hybrid model based in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune. The ideal candidate will have up to 10 years of relevant experience and will play a key role in developing and optimizing IT solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot (Mandatory skill).
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and related technologies.
• Sound knowledge of the Spring Framework and its components.
• Expertise in Hibernate for ORM solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and practices for software development.
• Hands-on experience with reactjs for front-end development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices applications using Spring Boot.
• Implement and integrate RESTful web services and API endpoints.
• Optimize performance and scalability of existing applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work within Agile teams to plan and execute project tasks efficiently.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot technologies.
