Job Overview

Mazenet solution is seeking a skilled SCCM / Intune Sr Consultant or technology Lead to join our team. This is a mid-level position based in Pune or Chandigarh. The role involves a full-time contract-to-hire employment type. The candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting Microsoft SCCM and Intune, among other responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft SCCM (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune (Mandatory skill).
• Strong troubleshooting skills (Mandatory skill).
• Solid understanding of endpoint management to ensure secure and efficient device operations.
• Knowledge of configuration management to maintain systems in compliance with organizational policies.
• Proficiency in scripting to automate and streamline processes.
• Experience with GPO for effective management of user and computer environments.
• Expertise in SCCM device management to oversee the deployment, security, and compliance of enterprise devices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SCCM and Intune for managing endpoints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management.
• Ensure compliance with configuration management best practices.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and process improvement.
• Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) to control and secure networked computers.
• Oversee SCCM device management, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate endpoint management solutions with existing systems.
• Provide training and support to junior staff and end-users regarding SCCM and Intune operations.
