Job Description

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce technology, with a focus on Salesforce Industry Cloud exposure, particularly with Omni Studio. While prior experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud is beneficial, it is not mandatory. However, a solid understanding of Salesforce Industry Cloud and Omni Studio is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates with experience or exposure to financial services will be given preference.

Requirements

Relevant should be Atleast 5 to 6 years

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience working with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Cloud exposure, particularly with Omni Studio.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within Salesforce environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.

Exposure to financial services or related industries will be advantageous.
