Job Overview

Mazenet Solution is seeking a part-time Salesforce RLM and CLM specialist to join our team. The position is open across multiple locations including Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Hyderabad. The candidate will focus on managing relationship and contract lifecycle processes within the Salesforce CRM platform to drive business efficiency and client satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, with the ability to navigate and optimize the platform for business needs.
  • Proficiency in Relationship Management to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management to ensure contracts are managed efficiently from initiation to execution.
  • Capable of performing Data Analysis to derive meaningful insights and support data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Experienced in Project Management to oversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Proven Training and Development skills to educate team members and clients on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Lifecycle Management to drive revenue growth and optimize processes from quote to cash.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform to support the company's relationship and contract lifecycle management (RLM and CLM) needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and ongoing business opportunities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring contracts are accurately managed, tracked, and renewed timely.
  • Analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic business decisions and process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget constraints.
  • Conduct training sessions to upskill team members and clients on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Implement best practices in revenue lifecycle management to optimize processes from initial engagement through to payment collection.
