Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with experience in Event Monitoring tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and a deep understanding of Salesforce Event Monitoring to optimize performance, security, and compliance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in Salesforce Event Monitoring tools to design, implement, and manage monitoring solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, security requirements, and compliance needs, and translate them into effective Event Monitoring strategies.
• Analyze Event Monitoring data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance Salesforce performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and implement custom Event Monitoring dashboards, reports, and alerts to provide real-time visibility into Salesforce usage, security threats, and compliance issues.
• Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, security analysts, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and optimization of Salesforce Event Monitoring capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce Event Monitoring best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience working with Salesforce Event Monitoring, including setup, configuration, and management, and tools like Log Center, Business Manager, Grid Manager, etc.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in developing custom Event Monitoring dashboards, reports, and alerts using Salesforce tools (e.g., Event Monitoring Analytics, Event Log Files, Custom Notifications).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex Event Monitoring data to identify security threats, compliance issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Admin, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) preferred.
