Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in one of the following locations: Chennai, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in Ruby Automation, Cucumber, and Selenium.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Ruby Automation, with practical experience in creating and managing automation scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber framework to ensure efficient testing and validation of software applications.
• Strong expertise in Selenium for automating web applications across various browsers and platforms.
• Ability to analyse user requirements and create robust and maintainable program frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and practices for software development and project management.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git for managing code repositories and collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ruby Automation for streamlined testing processes.
• Implement Cucumber for behaviour-driven development and to enhance testing accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize Selenium to automate web applications and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Collaborate with software development teams to analyse requirements and design effective testing strategies.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the software applications to ensure smooth performance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, scripts, and results for future reference and audits.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure timely project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation and software testing technologies.
